But, If you haven't seen the movie yet, (Non-twilighters and a lot of guys who think their to macho) I'll give a little recap:
Bella Swan is a 17 year old that just moved in with her dad.
She had been living in Arizona with her mom for most of her life.
She hates the cold and the rain(ironically enough)
She is a transferring student into Forks High school, the only high school in the small town.
Bella tries to keep to herself, befriending a few people, and captivating a few guys.
Edward Cullen just moved back to Forks.
The last time he was there:50 years ago.
He is a junior. He is in his 17 year old perfection. He is a vampire.
Edward's family consist of his 2 sisters: Alice and Rosalie
2 Brothers: Emmet and Jasper
Parents: Carlisle and Esme.
Edward and his family don't drink human blood, they are "vegetarians" who only drink the blood of animals.
Edward can read anybody's mind. With the exception of Bella.
He is drawn to Bella... in the best and worst of ways.
They eventually fall in love, but her blood has a distinct smell that he is drawn too.
He does everything he can to stay away from her but eventually can't.
But staying away might have been better, since some vampires that do drink human blood come along and crave Bella's blood too.
James is a nomad, feeding on humans and moving along.
He is in a pack with his mate, Victoria, and another, Laurent.
James and Edward have a fight, resulting in putting Bella in the hospital and James, dead.
Both Movie and book end at the prom, where Bella asks to become a vampire, and Edward says no.
The books shows research and is pretty correct to life here in Washington. Aside from the obvious stereotypes used in the movie for all the people in Washington (I mean, we don't all talk about fishing 24/7) The movie was ok. I wouldn't say the making of it was good, terrible even, but the story its self was good enough to make up for it. I would give it 3 3/4 stars. The movie will never get old for me, but the fact that just about all the humans in the movie talk about rain or try to get a laugh by holding up random animals does.
I would say watch the movie first, so you won't be as disappointed.
Good idea for a blog
